To register and use 103's services, you must:

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on platform 103. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the 103 platform:

Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform's systems
Using automated software or bots to place bets or access the platform
Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law
Transferring or sharing your account with another party without authorisation

Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All transactions on platform 103 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in any foreign currency without an approved conversion.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are personally owned. 103 reserves the right to request proof of fund ownership or additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Important notes regarding transactions:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change based on current policies and account verification status
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the 103 account

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Account Suspension and Closure

103 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
Suspected fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity
Failure to complete the requested identity verification process
Processing valid complaints related to account usage
Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation.

Platform Liability Limits

103, its parent company, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for:

Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes
Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances
Losses arising from the use of information obtained from the platform
Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their password

In cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 103's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
